Taylor Weston

Taylor Weston M.S. CCC-SLP (cis-male, he/him/his) is the founder and a speech-language pathologist at Ozark Voice. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2011 from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2013 from Northeastern State University. He has worked in a variety of settings over his career including public school, post-acute care rehab centers and nursing homes as well as been involved with hospitals and dysphagia units. He is currently licensed to provide services in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Jess Schermacher

Jess Schermacher M.S. CCC-SLP (cis-female, she/her/hers) is a speech-language pathologist at Ozark Voice. She received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration in 2008 from Missouri Southern State University and a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders in 2022 from University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. Jess has served pediatric and adult clients both virtually and in-person. She strives to create a supportive and motivating environment to help clients achieve their communication goals.  She is currently licensed to provide services in Arkansas.
